In immunocell therapy , human blood cells are used as autologous or allogeneic. Blood components are divided into 4 important groups: plasma, white blood cells, red blood cells and platelets. Plasma has the highest blood volume with a share of 54%, which plays a key role in homeostasis but does not participate in defensive reactions, vaccines or cell therapy.
Our main goal is to isolate the white blood cells that make up less than 1% of the blood volume, then inject it into the required number after culturing, depending on the weight of the patients. On account of the company discipline in cancer treatment, selected cells play an important role in both cancer and corona disease. Currently, 4 cell lines are used in MEGCT.
Since the importance of cancer prevention and treatment, as well as fighting against Covid19, it is important for us in terms of business model so we announce the essential roles of each cell line.
T cells, for example, are used in the treatment of cancer with CAR Tcell method, while these cells play a preventive role in Covid-19 disease.
As you can see, we isolate the peripheral blood mononuclear cells from the healthy donor by apheresis, and based on their surface antigen, we separate them with the ClinMacs device, then store them after culturing.
For example, in NK cell therapy we successfully are performing on 70 patients, and in regulatory T cells it is performed on 10 patients.
. In the vaccine project, we seek to create a cell bank activated against Covid19 that can be used for both donor and HLA compliant individuals. This cell bank can be used to induce immune phase in low-dose and high-dose in people with lymphopenia.
For this to be done, we designed 4 peptides based on S and N proteins of Covid-19 as immunogenic parts of this virus. S1.S2.S3 and N.
We then exposed dendritic and macrophage cells, which are naturally apc, to these peptides.
Then the apc assay was done & co culturing with b cell and t cell occurred.
Then we review many tests for example cell activation and cell count.
After that, we checked the activation of Tcell, Bcell and obtained satisfactory results, which we are optimizing.
Since proving the activity of these cells as prevention or treatment requires animal studies, it seems that the strength of this project is to cooperate in animal studies in Austria, because we live in a Muslim country that holds on to its religious laws and Islamic republic of Iran banned the breeding of pigs.
On the other hand, human cells cannot be injected into mice or rabbits because they are rejected whereas the pig model is used for cell therapy studies.
B cells & Tcells are prepared for prevention and treatment of diseases in the mentioned steps.
